SAB project organized subsequent training on waste management and home composting to the farmers in Battambang province. As earlier reported we started with the farmer trainings in early February and our local staff fulfills the schedule for many trainings in different villages around Battambang such as Kampong pil, Ou Kcheay, Kampong Chlang, Anlonglvea, Ksach Poy, Kampong Seyma, Andoung Chenh, Ang and Salabalat village. The content realated to the environmental with the waste management and information about the impact of waste to the health. The training also trained the partipants with home composting, compost usage and substitution of chemical fertilizer. 

 

For home composting the training gave many ideas to the participants with simple lesson to do it just to find the suitable place nearby and store the organic waste there and check regularly the three conditions of the temperature, water and air.

 

The training was successful finished with the closing remarks and we hope the training could be share to another farmers, villages or communities. We strongly hope they will get the benefit in the future from their knowledgment and absorbed all knowledge to share to all for develop our country.
