COMPEDs participation on Cambodia´s first exhibition on green achievements

In preparation of the international environmental day on 5 June 2010 which focuses on prevention and previous achievements COMPED organized an exhibition of Compost called “Phnom Penh Compost”. The exhibition took place in the greater frame of the first "Exhibition on Green Achievements" in Phnom Penh, held from 31 May to 01 June 2010, initiated by the Ministry of Environment with other related organizations in Cambodia. The exhibition was hold to herald the International Environmental Day, circumscribed by the slogan "MANY SPECIES, ONE PLANET, ONE FUTURE ".

During the two days of the exhibition which propagated widely environmental issues, Phnom Penh Compost of COMPED Organization was quite a success, supported and requested from many local and international visitors who asked for general information about composting and usage.
